Mr Brian W Hodges

Mr Brian W Hodges
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (Age 56)

Brian has been Chief Executive of the Bradken business since 1997. He has guided Bradken and its culture through periods of considerable change and corporate activity with four different owners during his tenure as Chief Executive. Over the course of his career, Brian has gained considerable management and leadership experience in raw material production and processing, supply and logistics and steel manufacturing. Brian holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with Honours from the University of Newcastle.

Mr Bruce D Arnott

Mr Bruce D Arnott
Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary (Age 54)

Bruce joined the Bradken business in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for finance, treasury, taxation, supply, investor relations, investments, audit and insurance. He was appointed Company Secretary of Bradken Resources in 2005 and is a director of Cast Metal Services Pty Limited, a company in which Bradken has 75% ownership. Prior to joining Bradken, Bruce held various senior finance positions within OneSteel, BHP and Tubemakers. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and is a member of CPA Australia.

Mr Wayne G Herbertson

General Manager Human Resources (Age 48)

Wayne was appointed General Manager Human Resources in December 2004. He is responsible for all aspects of human resources, occupational health and safety and management systems. Prior to joining the Bradken business, Wayne held senior positions with Siemens and BHP Steel. Wayne holds a Master of Applied Science Metallurgy, Bachelor of Applied Science Metallurgy, Bachelor of Applied Science Multidiscipline, Associate Diploma of Theology and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.

Mr John Saad

Mr John Saad
Chief Technical Officer (Age 47)

John has been with Bradken for 22 years and was appointed Chief Technical Officer in March 2005. He is responsible for Bradken's technological direction, process and product innovation and advancement. John has had considerable experience in all divisions of Bradken previously occupying positions as a multi-site manufacturing manager, Technical and Product Development Manager for Mineral Processing and Head of Rail Engineering. He assumed responsibility for the CMS Industrial Services business in June 2009. John holds a Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of New South Wales.

Mr Enda Sheridan

Mr Enda Sheridan
Executive General Manager Mining Products (Age 45)

Enda has been with the Bradken business for 18 years and was appointed General Manager Mining in 2004 following five years as General Manager Industrial. His responsibilities include the management of the Mining business and Bradken’s manufacturing facilities at Runcorn and Mackay in Queensland, Welshpool, Wundowie and Bassendean in Western Australia, Mount Thorley and Muswellbrook in New South Wales and Wodonga in Victoria. Enda has held a number of production, technical and marketing positions with Bradken. Enda holds a Bachelor of Materials Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle.

Mr Andrew J Allen

General Manager Rail (Age 48)

Andrew has been with the Bradken business for 28 years and was appointed General Manager of the Rail Division in June 2009. Previous to his move, Andrew was General Manager of Bradken’s Industrial Division since 2004, following his appointment as General Manager Mineral Processing in 1998. Andrew oversees the Rail business and is responsible for operations in Australia and China. He has gained considerable manufacturing and technical expertise over his long operational and management history within the Bradken business. Andrew holds an Associate Diploma in Metallurgy Engineering from the Sydney Technical College

Mr Andrew G Dalziel

Mr Andrew G Dalziel
General Manager Power and Cement (Age 40)

Greg re-joined Bradken in 2008 having been working in the Railway Industry most recently as the Contract Director for a large international civil engineering company. Prior to this, Greg held a number of positions in manufacture, engineering and commercial within Bradken, having originally joined the Company as a graduate engineer. Greg is responsible for all Bradken manufacturing facilities in the United Kingdom and manages the Power & Cement Division. Greg holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Manufacturing Systems and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours, both from Napier University, Edinburgh.

Mr Tom K Armstrong

Chief Operating Officer Engineered Product (Age 56)

Tom joined Bradken as part of the Americast Technologies’ acquisition in August 2008 and remains as President and Chief Executive Officer as he has since 2003. Prior to AmeriCast formation in 2003, Tom served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Atchison Casting Corporation. He has held several positions at Texas Steel Company, including President for 15 years and as President of the Steel Founders’ Society of America. Tom began his career as an engineer with E.I. DuPont in 1976, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Mr Bradley J Ward

Mr Bradley J Ward
President Bradken Products and Integration (Age 44)

Brad has been with the Bradken business for 23 years and was appointed President Bradken Products and Integration in the United States in September 2008 after previously having held the General Manager Mineral Processing position. In that previous role Brad oversaw the Mineral Processing business and was responsible for manufacturing facilities at Henderson in Western Australia and Kilburn in South Australia as well as the scrap operations in Cannington, Western Australia and Runcorn, Queensland. Brad has gained considerable marketing, sales and manufacturing expertise over his long operational and management history with the Bradken business in Australia and North & South America.
