Design evolution and market collaboration have led the development of the ESCO® NGB-Lite, a highly productive bucket, which takes advantage of it's reduced mass and productivity based geometry in well-shot, low impact and low cohesive materials.
Production is boosted by the sling-back geometry that reduces both fill time and
drag energy. Drag hitches have been refined to provide more aggressive digging without
compromising stability. A reduction in unncessary mass has allowed for bigger payloads.
The result: Better fill times and exceptional payloads.
The high strength proprietary alloys used to cast the front ring provide strength
and stability to the NGB-Lite's design. Innovation in Bradken's® construction method
has allowed us to produce full penetration welds in all structural components, this
allows us to better test the quality and are also easier to repair.
The result: Less fatigue cracking and longer campaigns!
