The new ESCO® Eversharp cast lip series, primarily designed for hyradulic excavators, has been introduced into the Australian mining market to meet ever increasing customer needs for more efficient, high penetration & maintenance friendly cast lip systems.
The ESCO Eversharp cast lip series incorporates the ESCO S-Posilok® (Sidewinder®) nose and adapter system, along with the ESCO Posilok® kwik tip system as used by the current ESCO Loadmaster® cast lip system.
The new lip design includes innovative new geometry providing a lighter, high strength, single beam that incorporates smooth contours that impart a fatigue resistant profile for improved durability and reduced maintenance costs. The profile has been sharpened & is more aggressive to assist penetration of the lip through tough digging materials while assisting with reducing required digging energy.
The ESCO Eversharp cast lip also includes a new, innovative & hammerless lip shroud system which incorporates a maintenance friendly replaceable lip shroud base.
The lip shroud includes a more streamlined & efficient profile maximizing penetration characteristics & wear life, while reducing shroud "throw away".
