For over 10 years the ESCO Loadmaster cast lip has been providing a reliable and robust lip system for hydraulic excavator and face shovel buckets. Over the years our customers have enjoyed substantial cost saving and improved safety through this unique and innovative cast lip system.
The ESCO Loadmaster cast lip system incorporates the ESCO Sidewinder®/ S-Series Posilok® (Hammerless Posilok) nose and tooth system. This is complimented by the Toplok® lip and wing shroud system which provides a high penetration, durable and low maintenance lip assembly.
The ESCO Loadmaster cast lip system is available in a wide range of widths and nose sizes (refer to table below) to suit most hydraulic excavator and face shovel buckets. Complete mechanically attached wear protection is also available for all lip sizes.
