Bradken Manufactured Mining GET - ESCO SV2
Bradken® has an extensive wealth of knowledge and skills in the manufacture and distribution of a comprehensive range of ESCO® Ground Engaging Tools and Mining Buckets. With over 50 years of experience in the earthmoving field, Bradken uses its extensive network of regional offices and skilled technical sales representatives to provide unparalleled service and support to the Australian mining industry.
Every aspect of the ESCO® SV2® system is designed with safety in mind. In addition to the hammerless locking system, the ESCO SV2 system offers wear caps with built in hand-grips for safer installation. The fit areas of the teeth and wear caps are designed to minimise wedging, making them easier to replace at change-outs.
The ESCO SV2's slimmer nose profile allows points to be worn back further than with other systems. Optimising wear life offers a significant reduction in operational costs. Many of the popular point shapes can provide up to 75% usable wear metal, which minimises throw-away material and reduces replacement costs!
The slim nose profile allows slimmer teeth and enables better penetration without sacrificing wear metal. The sharp profile has been proven to last the life of the tooth. This improved penetration reduces fuel consumption, wear and tear on the machine, and increases productivity.
Bradken® manufactured ESCO alloys have a target hardness that is higher than any of the competition. But hardness is only a part of the equation. The severe impact of the most demanding applications also requires the toughness and increased strength of ESCO alloys to ensure maximum fatigue resistance.
