Overview
Microledge is fitted to chutes, bins and hoppers to form mini rocks boxes to eliminate wear on the chute, bin or hopper structure. Microledge reduces the overall weight of the chute, bin or hopper by removing the need for heavy wear plates.
Microledge can be supplied with fitted M16 studs attached to the backing plate or a 65 mm by 65 mm angle iron with slotted holes can be attached for easy installation by bolts or welding.

Microledge is specifically designed to create a rock box effect on:
- Chutes
- Bins and hoppers
- Rock boxes
- Impact walls
- Deflector plates
